Alex Bobinski is the founder and President of Honeymoon Hill Constructors. His experience spans over 35 years of residential and commercial planning, development and construction in Brevard County.

He is a State Certified General Contractor [#CGC 017785] and real estate broker. He is a graduate of the University of Saarbrucken, Germany, graduating as a Master of Business Administration

Susan E. Mann

Office Manager

Sue, a native of Elkhart, Indiana, received a B.A. in Education from Ball State University, majoring in Speech and Hearing Therapy. After moving with her family to Merritt Island, Florida in 1973, she took tax training from H & R Block and accounting courses at Brevard Community College. She has 34 years experience in income tax preparation and accounting. She joined Honeymoon Hill Constructors in 1985 and has been the office manager for the past 12 years. She coordinates construction loan draws and invoice payments, follows up on customer requests, and interfaces with construction supervisors. She has been involved as a volunteer with the meals on wheels program for over 40 years.

Tim McGowa

Tim McGowan
Construction Manager

Tim is a likeable and knowledgeable construction manager who has an eye for detail. Customer satisfaction is a priority. He prides himself on keeping customers informed regarding all upcoming phases of the construction of their new custom homes from stakeout to completion. He works in a spirit of cooperation with subcontractors in a competitive market.

Tim followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather who were both contractors. He came up through the ranks starting as a laborer, framer and then a subcontractor. Tim has been in construction in Florida since he moved here in August of 1980. He became a construction supervisor in 1994 and has had extensive experience building custom homes. He’s a hands-on type person but has taken residential contractors courses to further his knowledge and education.

Brandi Arroyo

Brandi Arroyo
Secretary

Brandi was born in Miami, FL and then moved to Port St. John, FL with her family when she was 10 years old. She graduated from Titusville High School and later graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. As our secretary, she answers the telephones, does internet research, handles internet correspondence, schedules appointments, makes plan copies, and does other office tasks.
